While attending a recent fund raising event, I ran into a few end-users frustrated with their non-profit fund raising software. The solution met their needs as a small nonprofit, however as the organization grew and required more detailed information, the shortfalls with the system became apparent. The common complaint was the difficulty manipulating the information post-export. Even though the solution is capable of exporting information to Excel or Word, these end-users found the integration less than seamless.
I found myself repeating the same top five reasons why not-for-profit organizations should use Microsoft Dynamics CRM as their system:
- The Non-Profit Solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM includes out-of-the-box CRM functionality as well as customizations for Donation and pledge management, basic membership management, basic volunteer tracking, campaign management, Payment solution for online donations, and Excel dashboard reports
- Systems can be deployed in online or on-premise versions – discover the power of choice. Microsoft Dynamics online and on-premise versions are built on the same technology so it is easy to move from one version to another
- Seamless integration to Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel – common user interface between softwares
- Allows for quick redesign, automation, and integration of all business operations as business needs change
- Eligible non-profit organizations can qualify for a 75% discount – that’s $9.99 per user, per month.
