<description>Another way we found to motivate a Salesteam to use CRM is by also using LinkPoint Vue, a Microsoft Outlook plug-in for Microsoft CRM which greatly increases CRM Productivity and Adoption.

Some productivity features are:

    * view Microsoft CRM information in Outlook without navigating through Microsoft CRM.
    * create a new Microsoft CRM Contact directly from an Email.
    * add, edit, or view a Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Case, Event or Task with just a mouse click from Outlook.
    * convert an email into a Case or Opportunity.

As part of our productivity series, take a quick look how easy you can create a new Contact in Microsoft CRM from an Email
